Digital SEO Marketing Gold Coast - Facebook Ads Lessons to boost your Effect.

Digital SEO Marketing Gold Coast is not as simple as setting up a website there are of countless different Digital SEO Marketing concepts to try and understand yourself as a website owner. It is because of this I plan to show to you a few lessons that I have learnt about Facebook Ads. Why Facebook ads? Because Social media is important to Digital SEO Marketing, and because there are a lot of facts about Facebook Ads that I wished I knew when I initially started investing with them.

Lesson # 1 - Image v Text.

This is one thing that I really needed to remember when first starting. Facebook Ads must contain no more than 20 % text, it is Facebook's way of making sure your ads actually are not being too obtrusive and annoying, so you will need to ensure that that you have a nice image in your ad and your font isn't too large.

Something that I tend to use is the grid tool. It is provided by Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/ads/tools/text_overlay. And it will give you an indication of just how much text you are relying on in the ad.

So be sure to keep this in mind and your ads will have more results, and less automatic denial by Facebook.

Lesson # 2 - Mobile platforms are key

When selecting your platform, don't fall into the trap of selecting just the desktop version. As we all are probably aware, many Facebook users are young, and younger customers practically only use mobile devices. Recent figures from Facebook indicate that almost 50 % of users under the age of 35 only use a mobile device to access Facebook.

Now, it really does depend on your audience, but even if you are targeting at an older demographic, most will still have mobile devices capable of using Facebook, so don't overlook this option.

What this means is just because you may be on a laptop when you create and edit an ad, don't fall into the trap of assuming that people will be seeing your ad on a desktop too. This means make sure you look to make sure the ad works for mobile in the preview, and you try out the quantity of ads you want aimed totally to 'mobile.

Lesson # 3 - Location, Location, location - Don't waste your money

If you have made a Facebook ad before you would know that you will need to select a location. So if you are a local Gold Coast Business then you will want to set the location to Gold Coast. It just works, right?

But what lots of people overlook is that they choose by default the option for "Everyone in this Location".

So I want to mention to you what that actually means. - 'everyone in this location' means every single person in whose Facebook says that they are in Gold Coast will be possibly targeted by your ad. This is pretty specific, and yet still broad enough to where you may be wasting money.
People often don't realise, but that 'everyone' button is actually a drop down option, and from there you can chose if you want people who live in Gold Coast, or even just people visiting.

So depending on your small business, you may intend to be targeting people that are visiting or even on holiday in Gold Coast. By selecting the option for this you can make sure you are connecting with the specific people that will hopefully be engaging with your business, and therefore get a better engagement rate on your effort.

But what it also means that if you just keep selecting 'everyone in this location' then you are by default wasting a few of your ad's reach on people that are just visiting.

So don't forget this option exists, and have a think about what options are going to promote your business.

I hope these few approaches and pieces of advice will help you to save some effort, time, and even some money when it comes to Facebook ads and your Internet Marketing campaigns in Gold Coast.

Digital SEO Marketing - The Battle to learn what Google is actually 'not providing' you

Digital SEO Marketing is a daunting and complicated area, and some of the ways that makes it even more challenging is the way that Google is making it harder to find information. I am not often one to complain about the way that Google develops - for the most part they are moving to make the SEO 'game' a more trustworthy a value driven sector, but some things are still frustrating. So what am I complaining about here? Well allow me to try and explain it this way.

No matter how you plan to structure your keyword research, everything starts with a particular core concept, one that you must build by checking out your metrics and Google Analytics.

The idea is that from this main idea and keyword, you then put together a seed list of terms, expanding through related terms and synonyms of your primary concept. The expansion of terms will then begin to be tailored towards SEO ideas, content marketing, online marketing and other things to consider.

At one point, Google was content to make all of its searcher keyword data available for free to those wanting to conduct research. However, this has all changed with the modifications made to Google's policy and the role that '(Not Provided)' now plays.

Google has made a decision though that they are going to lower the access to the data obtained by specific searchers. This features those who are logged into a Google account such as Gmail and Google+, as well as anyone using recent updates of Mozilla Firefox. The secure searchers are indicated in the search result site's domain including 'https' rather than 'http'.

According to the Not Provided site, www.NotprovidedCount.com, this influences an ever increasing amount of data, being upwards of 80 %. This implies that the days of simple and free access to marketing reports through Google Analytics accounts are at an end. Rather, you will have to invest in a Google AdWords advertising account if you want to use Google's proprietary information.

There are a variety of good keyword analysis tools in the market in this day and age, however an SEO company is an invaluable resource. With the changing nature of keywords since Hummingbird, and the issues of 'Not Provided', it seems to be that an SEO company may be one of the fastest ways to learn the real metrics for many specific niche areas. The main worry that is raised by this is how it influences the small businesses in Gold Coast that are attempting to conduct some DIY SEO who don't always want to run a full SEO campaign or invest too much money in AdWords or AdSense. Where this goes next in 2016, only time will tell. But if you are looking out for more information on ways that you can try and get more accurate info and metrics that will actually help you, consider approaching an SEO Agency. Every agency is different, so do some research and find one that is best for you. Digital SEO Marketing's strength comes from Quality Content

Digital SEO Marketing is based upon a strong base of quality content, so is your Gold Coast business really strong enough to succeed? Far too many places out there are creating content that isn't worth the paper it is printed on (or rather the pixels it is displayed on ...) and the web is flooded with small businesses, like yours in Gold Coast, that just try to get some attention, but annoy people instead. Every online marketer, Local business and even just internet user would love to have that one post or video go viral and let the Social Media Machine just produce free publicity - but the truth is it is a lottery, and the most effective plan that everybody can follow is to make routinely quality content for your fans to love, like and share.

There are a handful of Big Picture ideas that you will want to remember when it comes to Content:

Relevant Content is Key

Facebook is a swift paced and constantly changing environment, as such you ought to make sure you reach people when it is going to be most successful. This means every thing must concern you, your business, your audience and what you intend to achieve. When you post about something that your audience genuinely appreciates you will see greater response.

Content is not just words

bear in mind that when we discuss content you should be thinking about Videos, Quotes, Pictures, Thoughts, Ideas, Questions, Slideshows, Animation, and Stats.

Quality means posting content that follows the 3 E's

Make sure your Content can Entertain, Educate and Empower. You should keep these words in mind when creating content. If you can constantly make posts that express one of the Three E's then you will be on the path to producing a reputation for quality content.

If you are not sure on what your online or local Gold Coast target market will view as quality, then one of the simplest ways to figure it out is to undertake some research. Look at your competition or at other areas around your market to see what other company's in Gold Coast post and what type of interaction they get. You shouldn't be looking to copy them, but rather imitate the areas that work and make their success your own. When it boils down to it though, one of the most basic ways to know what your Target market will identify with will be to just ask them. Make a post or a survey that can engage with your audience to see what they want from you as a company and what they want to see on their Facebook wall. You may be amazed by what you discover.

The very best place to turn to is Google AdWords to discover how to use advertising, an additional area is Facebook ads, but let's begin today with running through a few ideas about Google AdWords and its affect upon SEO and Advertising.

From here you can start off on your grand journey of Google advertising.
But just before you start, know this:

Online Marketing Gold Coast - Making your Business Become a Brand

Online Marketing in Gold Coast is about Brand recognition, and the capacity to build your brand through SEO is always escalating in importance. The general client focus has moved towards a combo of building general brand awareness and having a product that really speaks to them. This means that if a customer has heard of your brand favourably, then they are even more likely to purchase or engage with your services, then that of your competitors.

If your Gold Coast company is 100 % online then this tip is really important. When it comes to building this credibility, All you really have is your website. Always remember, the most effective SEO strategy in the world won't help a website that is poorly made and is about as user friendly as a second-hand lawnmower. In spite of all the talk about metrics and Google algorithms, your actual consumers are humans with needs. Get the message correct on your website and people will spend time on it, bookmark it, re-visit it, and mention it to their friends. I know this is general, but don't think that because you have finally got your site to the leading spot in Google that your customers are going to love your site-- they will just hop right out of it if it's not what they are searching for.

'Your website is your greatest asset. More people view your webpages than anything else.'.
Amanda Sibley.
Co-Marketing Manager, HubSpot.

A professional SEO service in Gold Coast will target this area and develop a specialist SEO campaign that will allow you to both build your company while supplying your customers with a certain next step with how you can engage and buy. This concept puts together a lot of the areas that are common to SEO; link-building, social media, audience profiles. It's all just a point of tactics and strategy.

When it comes to the online world, it is essential that people in Gold Coast still are aware of you and your business as human. This is among the very best parts of mediums including social media, but it is especially true when it comes to brand recognition. The general idea is that people want to work with other people, not with corporations. It's a simple link to make when you can physically stroll into a store down the road and see at a look the stock, layout, professionalism, and manner of the store, but this is harder online.
If you are not too positive what to do here and you do not have $20,000 to invest in an advertising agency for them to come up with a great look and feel, then apply your own reasoning about what websites you like. Whether they are in your industry or not, it will help you to identify what works. Focus on what it actually is that you like. I don't care how humdrum your product or service is, if your site is visually pleasing it will not scare your visitors away. Computers were pretty ugly and boring until Steve Jobs came along. Up to 90 % of the buying decision is influenced by style and usability.
If you pay attention to humanising your label, while maintaining professionalism and reliability, then it gives your potential clients a general focus and offers a voice for your company. The three questions you should ask yourself are:.

  • How well can my customers learn about me?
  • Is my business likeable?
  • Is my business considered trustworthy and reliable?

If you take these tips to heart and really consider increasing your business in such a way that will humanise and help make your Gold Coast company likeable and relatable then you are on a good path to excellence. There are whole areas of your SEO campaign that you can (and should) commit to growing your brand because of the importance of this picture and how it affects your Advertising impact, your Social Media campaign, and so many other areas.

As The CEO of an SEO Agency, Internet Marketing Experts Gold Coast, I have stumbled upon a lot of small, local businesses that have no idea where to begin when it involves growing your brand. My advice to them is always to start off slow and do your own research, There is a great deal of SEO that you can do yourself without investing money on a firm by just doing some basic research into areas such as growing your brand. But remember to stay patient because these things take some time. And once you try it, learn more and once you begin to think you would like to grow and do even better, that is the moment to approach an SEO agency. If you want to make that step now, then, then call Internet Marketing Experts Gold Coast on 1300 595 013 or visit our website: www.InternetMarketingExpertsGold Coast.com.au.

Online SEO Advertising - Figure out your customers to raise your brand

Online SEO Advertising in Gold Coast can feel like a complicated matter, but once you start to learn about some of the essential areas it will all make a lot more sense to you and your business. It is hardly shocking that customers are important when it comes to business success, but I want to give you a little bit of context and show you exactly how critical it is to not only identify your audience in Gold Coast and beyond, but to understand them. You may have come across audience Profiles before, but if not there is a bit of research that as gone into them as a process that helps you to essentially consider all the ways that your product may be received by customers and therefore to consider your audience when deciding in the world of Marketing, SEO and advertisement. The reality is that creating a 'catalogue' of audience profiles will both inform your Gold Coast business in many areas of and identify complications that you are yet to think about.

Content:
It almost goes without saying, but, a effective content strategy is key to progress for Online Advertising and SEO. However, make sure that your content is considering the people you wish to target. If your content doesn't line up with your target market, your content will be fruitless. Have your normal Gold Coast customer in mind when you put together your content. A great question to be asking is, 'what situation am I solving?' Your customers will look to your content to fix their problems.

Links:
By knowing more about your target audience, you can create the quality links that enhance your SEO efforts. Think about it, if you discover that your audience would primarily visit a specific site to gain their help and advice, then advertisement and link building that targets this site will be exceptionally beneficial. The other side of this is that instantly these sites that you select will have the reputation and trust that you want associated with your website. Combining these efforts is seen in both Search Engine results and your audience building. Make sure your SEO agency or staff members completely comprehend what your customer profile is. For someone running an Gold Coast Health Retreat, they may have run an Audience Profile that tells them that a lot of 42 year old women with professional jobs tend to engage with their health retreat. When they go to use this information, they decide upon advertising, but, for example, advertising in a football magazine or website is ridiculous because last I checked 42 year old professional women don't read them. So having links developed from that site would be missing the point.

Social Media:
If you know what kind of social media appeals to your customers and exactly what sites they engage with, then you can start to customise your social media SEO Campaign. This suggests that you need to let your customer profile details influence what Social Networks you use, as well as what content you create, the design and tone you take and what engagement you seek from your local Gold Coast audience in addition to the greater community that you can reach online. Use your social media to develop a society! you may want to offer some freebies, or run a competition to start getting your prospective customers engaged.

As the CEO of Internet Marketing Experts Gold Coast, I know the struggles that lots of people have when starting off the SEO, especially when it involves understanding your audience. I myself ran a small business for a lot of years and had to learn SEO from scratch and by a lot of trial and error. So remember to start off strong and use the information and facts that you know. Once you have created that base, learn as much as possible about SEO and be persistent with the results. If you get to a stage when you are unclear, or want to set your business apart from the rest, then consider having a chat to an SEO professional.

Mastering the Call to Action

Digital Advertising in Gold Coast means nothing if you don't understand ways to use your Call to Actions or (CTA's), because a Call to action may be the easiest way for you to establish a lead. It can make or break depending on how weak or strong your CTA is, and so I want to give you a few tips to make sure that you are doing the most you can to grow your brand and produce those critical leads.

Wording
Really simple, stay clear from generic words that are going to make you seem desperate or like you are pushing for a sale. For example, picking between the words, 'buy' and 'shop' as a CTA, one might believe that they each mean the same thing. But you must understand that many people on the web usually avoid commitment, therefore subconsciously even there is a propensity for the general public to think that the word 'buy' is locking them into something, whereas 'shop' is a way for them to learn more facts. The point I am aiming to make is that you really will need to think about the wording and avoid words that have unplanned consequences.

Shape and Colour
It may seem odd, but Shape and colour of your CTA can affect its effectiveness. In the world of Digital Advertising there have been a variety of reports into the idea of style and its affect upon a customer's perception, and essentially one idea claims that curves are the most suitable way to go. So, if you want to try and optimise even more, think about making the button for your call to action curved, rather than a square.

Now, colour, this is a different area that there are a few theories on. Some people will have you believe that green is fantastic because it means 'go', but to stay away from red because it is 'stop', or that blue is calming so it would make people more relaxed ... Eventually there really isn't any clear evidence to suggest one option over any other, so just opt for what works best for your layout. One thing that I will point out though is that you should understand the font size and colour-- If you want your digital advertising to be most efficient in the Gold Coast area, it is a good idea to try and keep it different from the rest of your content, but don't go too wild.

Location

Where your call to action is set is quite essential to digital advertising results.
All that I suggest by this is see to it that you don't have it stashed in a corner somewhere, or that you have way too much text that is complicating the Call to action.

Ultimately it all comes down to identifying the combination that works for you, remember your wording, shape, colour, size and positioning of your brand's Call To Action, and when you bring all the factors together just think basic and think about your client.

Improving your Online Sales with good CTA's.
